Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, The Manager of Sales Operations is a business partner/trusted advisor to the North American sales leadership, including the SDR team. This role helps to drive sales programs and initiatives, manages accurate forecasting, facilitating and making business decisions, and identifying solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:

Partner with sales leadership on all issues and challenges impacting the success of the sales team

Drive rep productivity analysis and work directly with sales managers to create plans to maximize productivity

Lead, manage and evaluate the sales tools, processes, policies, and programs to ensure continuous productivity and effectiveness

Report on and highlight pipeline generation activities

Own elements of a weekly forecast cadence

Manage, analyze, and summarize commentary for reporting cadences (from Daily to Annual)

Collaborate with sales leaders to develop and execute sales management disciplines and processes (territory assignment & reviews, weekly/quarterly forecast, QBRs, pipeline analysis and development, account planning, account assignments, quota/budget allocation)

Maximize the efficiency of sales territories/regions by optimizing account targeting, Ideal customer profile, total addressable market, and sales resourcing

Act as connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, SDR’s, and Finance
-
Actively speed rep action and disposition of incoming leads; close training gaps and program manage system improvements

Report on, and proactively address where possible, the qualitative metrics of Rep performance including process adherence

Key player in the Annual Quota creation process
Skills You’ll Need to Have:
-
5+ years of progressive experience in Sales Ops related roles
-
Proven experience in a global SAAS sales or sales operations environment
-
Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability, while also able to collaborate cross-functionally (finance, marketing, sales enablement, etc) with exceptional intrapersonal skills
-
BI experience is a plus, Domo or Power BI experience is a big plus
-
Understanding of sales processes and methodologies
-
Advanced experience in Salesforce

Analytical and detail-oriented, strong project management skills with a drive for results
-
Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills
-
Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced environment
-
Clari, Salesloft/Outreach, ZoomInfo experience is a plus
