Job Description: Build tools, processes, and systems to track, report, and forecast sales, marketing revenue, and KPIs. Work with leadership to strategize, operationalize, and analyze the impact of business initiatives. Build strong relationships across sales, marketing, and operations. Use Hubspot as the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track, build and report on marketing metrics on a regular basis. Understand and learn the company's data schema with Hubspot and monitor data for data hygiene (cleaning data and removing duplicate records) and work with data vendors. Structure work in a systematic, scalable way to maximize learnings and accomplish goals. Identify problems and build solutions. Evaluate, solve, escalate, projects and or hand off to the appropriate team member for resolution. Own data quality for entire revenue function. Work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to implement data governance and quality control. Work as a super admin in Hubspot to ensure data entering system is accurate. Monitor marketing activities and track marketing program success and failures. Manage dashboards and build revenue forecasts. Own weekly and monthly reporting for the Marketing and Sales, providing key performance metrics updates. Build and maintain a library of reports, definitions, and dashboards for revenue management. Help maintain and build sales operations data structure. Telecommuting permitted.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Master of Science degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: One (1) year of experience in job offered, Operations Analyst, Operations Coordinator, or in a related occupation.
