The job is to nurture sales leads through outbound campaigns to grow awareness of this business and increase the volume of opportunities in the sales pipeline. It’s a structured, process-driven, target-oriented role which requires self-motivation, enthusiasm and attention to detail.
The role offers annual basic salary of £32,500 in Year 1, plus on-target commission of £15,000.

Role -
You will benefit from flexible working and go into the office that overlooks the River Thames 2/3 times a week.
· Goal: To increase awareness of through direct outbound activity
· Responsibilities: To execute process-driven outbound campaigns that will consist of a combination of email, phone, LinkedIn messages and social selling
· Success metrics: Value of new opportunities created, and sales made relating to your activity
· Outcome: To increase the monthly value of new opportunities going into the sales pipeline for AEs to close
Candidate sought -
The ideal candidate will be a natural self-starter who is good at building relationships and enjoys getting stuff done. Most likely a graduate who is keen to start a career in sales or marketing, you will have a commercial mindset and be energetic and conscientious. Lead generation takes time and persistence to bear fruit, so you will also be patient and resilient. You will have the confidence to do outbound sales calls, but also the emotional intelligence to be a good listener and to learn through experience and feedback.
