We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong customer service background to join our Revenue Operations team. As our Revenue Operations Coordinator, you play a key role in assisting with tracking suite inventory, managing ticket distribution needs for Commercial Partnerships and Suite departments for games and events, and assisting with sponsorship and suite license contract and accounts receivable process.
Responsibilities:
DAY-TO-DAY:

Assist with Commercial Partnerships’ LOIs for internal review and external distribution.

Collaborate with Activation Staff and Ticket Staff to manage Commercial Partnerships’ contracted season tickets and parking, as well as individual game group ticket requests.

Track and distribute Commercial Partnerships’ Suite, LL Comp, and Courtside ticket inventory, including managing catering in Suite.

Assist with tracking suite inventory in SuitePro system.

Enter monthly Rose Quarter events to Suite Licensee accounts in Archtics and coordinate the distribution of monthly RQ events email through Wrike.

Track and code suite rental catering invoices.

Collaborate with Activation and Ticket Operations staff to manage Commercial Partnerships’ contracted suite tickets.

Work with Revenue Operations Manager on various projects, as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, including experience navigating financial detail.

A keen attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

An ability to multitask on several projects and/or tasks with varying deadlines.

Strong organizational skills in event-based planning and administrative tasks.

An ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-departmental projects and tasks.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
Advanced skills in editing written work within contracts, calls to action, and LOIs.

Experience working with CRM platforms.

Familiarity with Archtics ticketing system.

Experience in ticket sales, customer service, and/or inventory management.
