Compensation Range: £50K - £60K
There are a mix of benefits. There's unlimited PTO, which doesn't seem to be abused by anyone. I took more days than usual in my first year and nobody pulled me up on it. There's all the standard stuff you get at startups of this size - health insurance, a flashy office with a stocked fridge, socials & meals. There's an £800 yearly L&D budget given to you on a virtual debit card that you have control of which is a nice touch - no beurocracy to get things signed off. 4 weeks paternity leave, which is better than most places, and I believe that the maternity leave package is very good too. The pension package isn't great (it's the required minimum), and it'd be nice if there were a death in service payout so my family could be set up well in the unfortunate event of me kicking the bucket.
3 stars for the health insurance as they cover spouses and dependents too. The wellness budget every month is also ok too. L&D budget is decent and you're encouraged to use it
Wellness stipend, L&D stipend, private health insurance, “unlimited” PTO, top quality Apple hardware
