Position Summary
ALZpath, a company pushing the frontiers of Alzheimer’s disease diagnosis, treatment, and management, seeks an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing team. At ALZpath, you’ll play a critical role in improving and scaling our sales operations to help effectively and efficiently grow our expanding customer base. You’ll work across departments and with various internal stakeholders to support our mission of transforming the Alzheimer’s disease ecosystem. You will also work with external customers to manage the quotation, purchase order, shipping, and invoice process. You have a deep understanding of sales operations, process improvement and data analytics. Most importantly, you are a team player with the desire and capacity to learn, take the initiative, and contribute to this field.
RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES:
- Create, implement, and manage dashboards and reports to track sales operations
- Identify, build, and manage non-CRM sales tools and systems that enable efficient cross-functional collaboration within ALZpath
- Manage relationships with customers and in collaboration with the ALZpath scientific team, manage the quotation, purchase order, shipping, and invoice process
- Build and help standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review
- Assist in customer segmentation initiatives
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics, and deliver regular insights to the business
- Partner with the sales and marketing department to refine lead qualification processes
- Collaborate with ALZpath leadership to establish and monitor goals and metrics
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, systems, and tools
- Support and embody the ALZpath mission, vision, and values
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science degree preferred
- Three to five years of experience in sales operations
- Demonstrated track record of continuous improvement and success
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft® Excel, data analysis, and secondary research
- Smartsheet capabilities preferred
- Experience managing multiple customers or external partners in collaboration with internal teams
- Well-developed capabilities in problem solving and creating efficient processes
- Sense of urgency and experience managing timelines
- Results-driven and organized
- Ability to initiate and build relationships
- Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
- Ability and desire to take ownership of projects from planning through execution
