As our Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for building a Salesforce engine that will power the entire revenue growth of the company.
Reporting directly to our Head of Commercial Operations you’ll be responsible for:
Developing and implementing sales processes within Salesforce to improve our efficiency and enhance data hygiene as we scale.
Collaborating with a cross-functional team to lead the planning and project management and execution of successful initiatives such as new process design, tool implementation and change management.
Administration of integrated sales tools alongside Salesforce and our wider tech stack.
Generating bi-weekly and quarterly reports of sales performance, quota attainment, pipeline and forecasts, funnel metrics and sales productivity and use these insights to recommend improvements.
Assisting our commercial team with market planning and alongside leadership guiding them on entry into new markets.
What you should have:
Exposure to leading a Salesforce organisation with a commercial team of 10+ outbound and inbound sales professionals in a B2B SaaS environment.
Expert skills in Salesforce and an understanding of how other tools such as Salesloft can be integrated to achieve growth.
A strong awareness of sales methodologies and are able to translate this into Salesforce processes and can quickly identify problems and offer solutions when necessary.
Experience in planning, managing and delivering on operational initiatives spanning multiple cross-functional stakeholders
The commercial awareness to know what solutions should look like and know how to build them.

Salary Package: £60,000
