We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our EMEA Team in Montpellier (France) or in full-remote across Europe. As Sales Operations Analyst, you will work with Philip (Global Head of Revenue Operations) and your key responsibilities will be :
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Sales and Customer teams, ensuring their needs are met and fully supported.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer teams to identify and prioritise their technology needs.
- Oversee the sales technology stack, including CRM (Salesforce), sales productivity tools, and reporting systems.
- Develop and implement processes to improve sales productivity and efficiency, including forecasting and pipeline management.
- Work with the Global Head of Revenue Operations to develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and programs that support growth and maximise revenue.
- Own the production of accurate sales data, using data to inform decision-making and drive growth.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on sales performance and key metrics, including pipeline and forecast accuracy, win rates, and deal size.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to drive growth and improve processes.
What we are looking for
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations / Analyst or a related role. Experience in SaaS Business or scale-up is a bonus.
- At least 1 year of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem building out processes and flows as an admin user.
- High proficiency in working with commercial data, BI tools, SQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
