Voyage Wealth Architects is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, self-starter to serve as our Sales Operations Manager. As the right-hand person to one of our Co-Founders & Partners, the Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for helping the Partner maximize their time during the business development process, create efficiencies in their calendar, and ensure the best possible experience for all prospective and new clients. You will partner with the Leadership Team and the Planning Team to ensure we have operational efficiencies in our Business Development process and will be responsible for ensuring introductory meeting follow-ups are completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent project management and interpersonal skills and will thrive working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where they will work on several different projects at a time.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee a smooth, effective business development process to enable the growth of Voyage Wealth Architects
- Evaluate the capabilities and own the usage of our sales technology stack, including CRM and LinkedIn. This includes:
Owning and maintaining our CRM best practices
Conducting CRM audits and training team members on proper usage
Maximizing utilization of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Premium Membership accounts
Building feed lists for the Partners
- Own the onboarding experience for new clients and families
- Manage our Centers of Influence program – who they are, when we meet with them, how we communicate with them, etc…
- Own and manage all Introductory Meeting follow-ups for our Co-Founder & Partner, including calendar scheduling, prospect and new client communications, and CRM task assignments
- Manage metrics/analytics programs and dashboards to help the Leadership Team make data-backed business decisions
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field
- 7-10 years of Sales Operations or Sales Strategy experience
- Financial Services/Wealth Management industry experience a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset that is constantly seeking creative solutions and proactively identifying new areas of improvements
- Experience and comfort working with the C-Suite
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Dynamics 365, or another CRM software
- Team player who is willing to jump in on projects outside their normal scope and eager to be part of a fast-paced, high-growth team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Advanced project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
