Meet The Team
We enable sales to meet company growth and profitability objectives by supporting more patients take control of diabetes through innovative continuous glucose monitoring systems by providing industry-leading sales insights and support. We provide best-in-class sales force design, sales tools, sales intelligence, and sales leadership support to enable Dexcom to consistently exceed goals
Where You Come In- You will work closely with global Sales Operations to develop automated reports and dashboards that measure and illustrate progress for KPIs
- You will develop, monitor, and analyze performance data and market trends to identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and performance of Dexcom products and sales teams
- You will gather requirements, design queries, extract data, and provide analysis for:
- Ad-hoc analysis to provide actionable insights and improving sales force efficiency and productivity
- Sales force size and structure, targeting, and call planning
- Rigorous, fact-based analyses to assist in the evaluation of the company’s strategic initiatives
- Various regional and national projects
- Incentive compensation calculations
- You will work closely with Sales Operations business partners to proactively identify and address process gaps and areas for improvement
- You will provide oversight including, reporting, data management, and workflow improvements to support field sales process.
What Makes You Successful
- You have experience with data visualization tools (Tableau)
- You are comfortable with SQL or SAS coding - extra points if you also have experience with R, Python and/or VBA.
- You have excellent attention to detail with focus on quality control
- You have excellent technical skills in Excel and mastery of other Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint)
- You have Project Management and presentation skills, demonstrated ability to manage projects as well as prioritize multiple competing priorities to ensure goals and key deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
- You can demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills including ability to analyze data, identify insights and inform decision making
- You have minimum of 1-3 years medical device or pharmaceutical experience with roles in sales operations or commercial operations. Related experience may be considered.
- You have experience with 3rd party data like IMS Health/IQVIA or Symphony
- You have knowledge of medical/retail claims and Managed care

Travel Required
Exempt Salary Details
The annual base salary range for this role is $59,000 to $98,300. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.
Experience And Education
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
