Role Description
As a senior sales operations manager for GFiber, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing complex and interdependent workflows to support an ever-growing sales force across our Field Sales channels.
You will run point on business-as-usual (BAU) processes and workflows related to sales rep hiring, compensation and incentive programs; performance management processes and policies; tools development, enhancement, and user support; supplier partnerships and spend management; and business intelligence. As new programs or projects are incubated, you will help scale and graduate them to a BAU state.
In this role, you'll:
- Oversee processes related to sales target setting, performance management, and incentive programs while partnering with HR to implement changes to meet business needs.
- Oversee Field Sales budgets and hiring initiatives to achieve sales targets, including headcount approvals and tracking.
- Work with sales channel leads and engineering stakeholders to prioritize and implement enhancements to sales systems, tools, workflows and processes.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within Salesforce and internal tools, leveraging SQL to create new data sets and perform new analyses.
- Own relationships and budgets with suppliers providing sales tools and business intelligence data.
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years in sales operations, sales engineering, or sales enablement
- Intermediate SQL experience in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with utilizing Salesforce platform to drive key business decisions and processes
It's preferred if you have:
- MBA or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of experience in a SaaS or telecom sales organization
- Experience in sales operations within a frontline sales business area
- Experience with CRM integrations and/or migrations
- Implementing reporting to support key business initiatives
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $138,000- $202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
