TalentNeuron is seeking a highly motivated Director of Sales Operations to join our team and help develop and optimize our go-to-market strategy, processes, and systems to boost sales productivity and efficiency. As a newly-formed entity, we are on an exciting transformation journey, and we need an individual with the initiative to dive in, stand up and develop the Sales Operations function.
You will play a key role in developing smart processes for territory management, lead routing, pipeline management, Contracts, Pricing, and Quote (CPQ) management, and sales forecasting to empower the sales team to operate with confidence and speed. At TalentNeuron, we are building out new systems, including a Salesforce.com implementation, and you will be integral in helping us establish and fine-tune these systems.
In addition, as the Sales Operations leader, you will establish ownership of our sales "health scorecard" through a centralized dashboard, providing a data-driven perspective to our Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Sales VPs to find paths to improve performance. This scorecard will include metrics such as lead funnel, sales pipeline, bookings, churn, etc. You will be a trusted hand to provide the dashboard and data judgement to Sales & Marketing Leadership and Finance on paths to improve sales productivity.
As we evolve our products, you will collaborate with Product Management, Finance, and Sales leadership on product pricing strategy and go-to-market approaches.
What you will need:
- Strong understanding of the entire sales funnel from MQL to close-won revenue
- Strong Salesforce experience
- Working with structured data inside of Salesforce and outside (Excel/Tableau)
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, and most importantly, the ability to keep it real and have a good laugh
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced technology company that is building the rocket while flying
- 8+ years of strong analytical experience in a finance analysis or sales operations role preferred
- Bachelor's degree, major in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics preferred
