Sales Operations Manager
As a Sales Operations Manager, your goal is to be supporting a B2B organization selling large deals for Business Process and IT Outsourcing services. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for assisting sales leadership in driving operational excellence. They also assist with the day to day administration of Salesforce and operational tasks.
The Sales Operations Manager is a high value-add to the sales operations team, enabling revenue growth, and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, pertinent information, and sales tools.
You will do this by:
Supporting all business development, and lead generation efforts, familiar with all lead sources, and how to research/mine data within these sources
Manages sales process mapping, adoption and compliance. Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
Represents the needs of sales in cross‐functional projects, evaluate processes against best practices to provide recommendations for improvement
Support post acquisition integration tied to mergers & acquisitions, e.g. integrated selling processes, system integrations, etc.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in sales operations as a subject matter expert with proficiency creating reports in Salesforce, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards
Bachelor's degree required; technical or business-related field preferred
Strong Salesforce pipeline management experience. Business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities
Strong experience in a B2B sales strategy or sales operations environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the BPO or IT outsourcing industry is a strong asset

Compensation:
The base compensation range for this position is $90,000-$112,500 (USD) commensurate with experience. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
