The VP of Sales & Operations will be responsible for Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and understanding of our market and competitive products. The VP of Sales & Operations must also be an excellent communicator with excellent customer service skills and can quickly navigate any situation to reach desired goals.

- Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations, ultimately being responsible for company sales
- Understand, interpret, and share sales numbers, goals and trends
- Develop sales strategy and plan future sales growth initiatives
- Vast understanding of our industry and products
- Maintain fantastic customer relationships
- Motivate, lead and develop sales staff
Basic Qualifications
- At least two years’ experience in leadership
- Five years’ experience in sales
- Excellent communication skills, listening skills, and customer service skills
- A high level of motivation
- The ability to communicate and work well with a diverse group of individuals
- Experience/knowledge with Heavy Duty Truck parts
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, not required
