We are searching for a Chief Revenue Officer for a non-profit healthcare organization in Baltimore. The CRO is vital to acquiring support through revenue generation within local communities and organizations. Our client's mission is focused on curing disease globally.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage the Development function within the organization - Leadership & Action
- Implementation of strategic growth initiatives related to development and revenue generation strategies
- Work with the CEO & Board to ensure that development-related board committees are operating effectively and contributing as much as possible to the success of the organization
- Ensure development efforts are operating as effectively and efficiently as possible, and that they are integrated with the broader operations of the organization
- Lead and support the continued evolution of donor management and stewardship efforts
- Develop & execute a strategy to identify and build new business relationships that can support mission delivery goals
- Manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships and relationships, working with Development, Marketing, Events & Experiences and Service & Care Delivery staff to ensuring ongoing engagement, sponsorship/partnership benefit delivery, and ongoing stewardship
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications on preparation of corporate marketing materials and sponsorship/partnership proposals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Seve 7+ years of related experience (financial services, non profit revenue development, corporate engagement, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and communications skills.
- Experience interacting executives & presenting to a board
- Leadership Experience (Managing two others)
- Attendance required for two annual conferences
