The role is a key strategic role within the expanding sales team and helping the function to develop its processes to benefit our customers as well as benefit our sales teams
The successful individual will have experience in Sales Operations, and have experience of leading big operational projects and the development of sales systems which benefit agent selling
The individual will be a master at collaborating with multiple departments and will be the face of Sales for Operations, and have experience of working with PMO and central operational teams to develop on key workstreams
The successful individual shall report into the Head of Prospect Management, Desk, Retentions, and Sales Operations to help shape, develop and evolve the whole sales functions processes supporting all channels within Sales & Marketing.

You will lead our Lead Management Systems Operational processes

You will work collaborative with key stakeholder groups such as Sales, marketing, Product, PMO, Operations, IT and Network

You will review all process maps across all sales workstreams and make recommendations on evolution of these processes

You will brief all future development requirements and change requests into the business and represent on the business transformation and change meetings on behalf of sales

You will develop and support the lead the sales Operations of our key systems (CRM, Click Dimensions, IVR, PSI, and Web Chat

You shall be the sales DPO champion and regular work with the IT and Security team to ensure compliance is maintained and work alongside our L&D function to develop suitable training for our teams

You will build the sales scripts for all departments

You will review, analysis and produce insights to the sales team from various sources across product and markets

You shall facilitate and attend key development workshops and meetings and update key stakeholders of progress working with the Snr GTM Manager to produce a 6 month operations roadmap that shall be reviewed each week

You will identify and lead the development of internal sales systems taking onboard our front line sales agent feedback

You will PM and lead our future programs and product launches
- You will work in partnership with the L&D function to develop processes and sales tool materials working closely with training content providers

You will review and support Web Chat
- Finally you shall work closely with the Sales Support Admin Manager to work on how we can automate key processes with the team, producing business cases and supporting budget requests to your HOD and Director of Sales

- You will have experience in Fibre Broadband Market within Sales
