CRM Administrator, Away from Home-Sales Operations
Location: Working Remotely in the Continental United States
Your Opportunity
In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the system – namely Salesforce. You will work within the system daily to manage data integrity, process effectiveness and user support. You will support day-to-day use of the system. You will implement enhancement and maintenance work, managing timelines and resources. You will work hand in hand with the CRM Senior Analyst to ensure a positive user experience and efficient data processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Support Salesforce.com for the Away from Home business
-
Manage and execute opportunity, broker call and campaign data loads
-
Manage data integrity – user accounts, duplicates, labels, product volume, changes, parent/child relationships, etc.

Primary Tier 2 support ownership and communication – liaison to front line users, manage CRM support tickets

Run Model Support
-
Support and act as key contact for systems supporting AFH

Assist in diagnosis & resolution of user issues through re-creation in test environments and issue research

Maintain Standard Operating Procedures

Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed

Work with 3rd party vendors to implement changes and bug fixes

Work closely with CRM Senior Analyst to ensure run model execution

Collaborate to develop system training content and deliverables
-
Other tasks as required

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree required

Working knowledge of an integrated CRM tool, Salesforce.com and mobile information sharing

Ability to adapt and assist in change management processes

Ability to interface with and influence personnel across JM Smucker
-
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple workloads and requests
-
Strong written and verbal skills. Ability to read, write and speak in English required.
