The B2B Revenue Operations team supports the global B2B sales teams with go-to-market readiness to sell new and existing products. We do this through a combination of forecasting, reporting, compensation plan designs, and analytics.
We are seeking a detailed oriented individual with a passion in data analysis and process improvements to join the Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will play an important role in cross-functional engagement with our Sales, Finance, Sales Ops, and Analytics teams. Your goal is to foster these relationships with internal stakeholders, gather required insights, and effectively deliver accurate sales targets/payouts and reporting. This role can be remote or hybrid, strong preference for candidates to be based on the east coast.
What You'll Do
Manage reporting and analysis around sales attainment and payouts to identify trends and drive business decisions
Perform detailed audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Participate in quarterly sales target setting process
Manage all aspects of sales pipeline analysis, providing timely insights and analytical support to internal stakeholders to support effective business decision-making
Investigate data-related inquiries, flagging common trends to implement long term solutions
Provide and assist with ad hoc reporting, queries, analysis and modeling, as needed
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT or related field and 4-7 years of sales operations experience
Confident and eager to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies
Experience with data analytics and reporting; SQL knowledge preferred
Someone who is highly organized with great attention to details
The ability work independently and be able to manage multiple projects
Someone who is proactive, professional and creative
The ability to understand the implications and consequences of decisions
Willingness to learn and desire to assume ownership of tasks and processes
The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $135,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee's pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
