THE POSITION- Local Candidates
The Sales Operations Specialist will provide critical support to manage tasks around the complete product and service offerings to prospective and current clients. This role will fulfill a variety of key sales and marketing administrative tasks, including, but not limited to, contract management, pricing coordination, RFP management, Salesforce administration, and trade show logistics.
This role requires interacting with Lanvera sales, marketing, operational, and senior management teams as well as prospects and clients. This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Maintain accurate pricing schedules for all current solutions and Lanvera products.
- Maintain standard contracts and schedules for all current solutions and Lanvera products.
- Review, manage, and maintain all existing contract renewal schedules and flag for engagement prior to renewal.
- Collaborate to review contract redlines and finalize contracts for signature.
- Create pricing estimates and proposals for all prospect and client needs.
- Participate in direct prospect and customer calls as required.
- Act as Salesforce administrator, including maintaining customer records, tracking sales activities, generating executive reports, and monitoring sales team CRM daily/weekly updates.
- Manage inbound proposal requests (RFPs) including coordination of other department responses, sales responses, and finalized deliverables.
- Manage outbound sales follow-up communications and other sales-related communications as needed.
- Coordinate trade show logistics.
- Provide sales and marketing team with administrative support and research as allowed.
- Manage daily and weekly sales team activity reports.
- Document and manage all sales processes in Salesforce.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of Salesforce expereince and the ability to create reports from Salesforce data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Excel (required)
- 2-4 years of experience in Marketing
- 2-4 years of experience of Business Writing (Content)
- Ability to learn Lanvera’s suite of applications.
- Accurate pricing, proposals, and contracts
- Strong communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively at different levels and different teams within the organization.
- Clear, concise, and easily understandable explanations of complex pricing
- Understand prospect’s pricing strategies, goals, and objectives
- Collect, chart, and interpret statistical data
- Past experience with process improvement within a sales organization across multiple disciplines is preferred
