ULTRA MOBILE is seeking a talented Program Manager, Sales Operations to join the Sales team! Individual reports to Senior Director, Sales Operations. Role is remote- must reside in the United States.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Operations Program Manager's primary role is to support the company's sales team and along with external channel partners. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this position is responsible for, but not limited to, verifying and onboarding new Retailers, Assisting managing House, Retailer, and Ultra TV Demo lines programs, administrative sales support, assisting the field sales team, Master agents and National Account team with a variety of tasks, and maintaining all sales-related legal documents and communications. Position works closely with the Merch/Marketing team, Indirect Sales Management, Sales Analytics, and Business Development, and Product teams on various program launch in the channel.
Your usual day of awesomeness includes:
Day to day administration and support of sales operations, field sales as well as channel sales and partners.
- Verifying paperwork, location and onboarding new Retailers.
- Work on resolving issues submitted to salesops in Jira by using Clover, Grand Central, Genesis in addition to other UVNV tools within SLA.
- Work in partnership with appropriate teams (TechOps, Supply Chain/Warehouse, Care, EIM, etc.).
- Create. manage and execute a Retailer communications calendar, send our Retailer communication and track open metrics. work on AB tactics to increase visibility.
- Manage Demo Line Program – qualifying, funding, tracking, auditing, etc.
- Including Retailers, House accounts, and Ultra TV Demo lines.
- Maintain and manage sales resources and version control of sales documents – agreements, training documents, marketing materials by conducting Quarterly audits and check validity updating as needed.
- Work closely with other departments and cross-functional teams to review sales progress, resolve issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and mitigate company losses.
- Manage monthly competitor comparison sheet with intel gathered with field support and recorded monthly.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, remove process bottlenecks, and champion sales efficiency/effectiveness.
- Document processes and create a high-level how-to procedure for important ongoing sales operations tasks.
- Support the execution of various sales and marketing programs including product launches, tradeshows/events, incentive programs, etc.Meeting coordination includes executive meetings, sales meetings, customer meetings both on and off-site as required.
- Handle account review in customer service escalation, chargebacks, and refund requests.
WHAT YOU BRING
- BA/BS degree in communications, marketing, business or related degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales administrative support role.
- Excellent writing and oral communications skills required.
- Friendly demeanor, team-oriented and willing to help under demanding situations.
- An understanding of what motivates field salespeople and how to support their unique personalities effectively.
- Must be a self-starter, possess a desire to drive initiatives and work independently.
- Well organized, extremely detail-oriented and the ability to handle multiple tasks and proactively manage day-to-day responsibilities.
- Resourceful, high level of flexibility, energetic and adaptable to change.
- Ability to integrate and operate within a team environment.
- Open to travel, if needed, to support events or meetings.
