Salary: £35,000 plus uncapped commission

As they enter into scale up phase, our client is now recruiting Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join their growing Sales team based in London. Their office is in a fantastic location near the river Thames and they also operate a flexible hybrid working policy.
The primary focus of the role is to find and generate a consistent flow of high-quality new business opportunities through outbound activities such as cold calling, emails, social media messaging, and build relationships which lead to sales.
You’ll be researching companies to uncover new opportunities; identifying key decision makers; holding intelligent, engaging conversations over both the phone and on email with prospective leads; booking meetings and demos; and on occasion, attending industry events as an ambassador of the brand.
You will also be joining a highly collaborate, successful team and working with a CSO whose no.1 priority is building a culture that enables employees to excel.
Who they’re looking for:
They are seeking candidates who are strong team players, have excellent communications skills (written & verbal), are incredibly self motivated and enjoy building relationships with people.
A strong academic background with a degree in a reputable subject, and an interest in current affairs will definitely be advantageous.
Also, demonstration of a growth mindset (there will be lots to learn along the way!) along with a real hunger to succeed and achieve both personal and professional goals is a must.
And most importantly of all, they are looking candidates who have a genuine desire to build a successful career in sales.
