JOB OVERVIEW
We are actively seeking an experienced, driven Sales Operations Manager to join our all-star Sales team to optimize the sales process and maximize revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work alongside the VP of Sales and Sales Management to identify high-impact areas in our evolving sales process where you will spearhead and drive operational improvements

Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and formulate/present solutions to increase pipeline velocity

Manage and support cross-functional initiatives serving as the liaison between Sales and other key partner teams: Marketing, Product, Finance

Develop, own, and evolve the Sales Ops workflow process, managing weekly prioritization huddles, updating key stakeholders, and project management as needed

Provide frequent operational support to the VP of Sales including general administration assistance for pipeline review meetings, all hands, and executive meetings

Assist with onboarding new sales reps
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Salesforce CRM proficiency

Strong organizational skills

Proven ability to identify and lead growth enabling initiatives

Experience owning end-to-end process of tracking the sales process and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel

Experience working in a SaaS sales environment in a project management or operations role

Natural ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose and test new solutions

Successful building reports that inform sales reps, managers, executives on historical results, current performance, and expected results in the future

Demonstrated experience organizing and driving complex, multi-functional projects or programs

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- SaaS sales experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
