The Revenue Operations Manager is a key member of the Revenue Leadership Team and reports directly to the VP of Sales. This role will serve as the primary administrator for all commercial efforts, ensuring that all sales data and processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the "single source of truth" for all SPOTIO commercial efforts, including system administration services and vendor relationship management for tech stack products such as Salesforce.com, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc..
- Provide world-class service to go-to-market (commercial) teams, tracking and prioritizing requests and executing configuration, setup, and user changes to drive efficiency and speed.
- Perform critical new-hire onboarding, employee offboarding setup, and access tasks to ensure that all employees have the necessary tools and systems to perform their job functions.
- Improve reporting and visibility across the commercial teams, providing insights and analytics to support strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company, collaborating on cross-functional initiatives to drive revenue growth and customer success.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize commercial systems and processes, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related role
- Salesforce.com experience
- Strong analytical, numerical reasoning, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel
- Reside in Dallas, Texas in order to commute to our office in Addison, Texas on Tuesday and Wednesday
Preferred
- Experience in working in a SaaS environment
- HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Gong
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects, while prioritizing competing demands effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
