Job Description
What You'll Be Doing:
CoreLogic is seeking an experienced, energetic Senior Leader who will manage and evolve an operations BI team centered on providing insights and aiding in business decision-making. Being a Sr. Leader, Business Intelligence lends significant operations subject-matter, and analytics best practice expertise to enhance projects with insightful takeaways, development frameworks, technical skills, and perspectives. This operations reporting team oversees ~2000 reports which cover operational KPIs related to client onboarding, delivery management, workforce management, client SLAs, production volumes, etc.
As the Sr. Leader, Business Intelligence, you will collaborate with operations and sales leaders, project stakeholders, and various business unit managers to design and plan initiatives, and ensure that business intelligence analysts have the tools, training, and understanding of the field to produce effective dashboards, reports, and metrics. You will lead a team of business intelligence analysts who own end to end implementation of data repositories, ad-hoc self-serve reports, and BI dashboards to empower the broader group of business users and external clients.
By understanding data from both operational & strategic points of view, you are responsible for providing “Data-to-Insight” BI tools to support and enhance business strategies. You will partner in developing a roadmap and portfolio of all BI and technology enterprise operations projects necessary to support the long-term competitive needs for the company. - Leads the Operations Business Intelligence Analyst Team setting high level priorities and direction
- Manages the Creation of operational reporting and delivery of those reports to external clients and internal operational and client facing teams, meeting strict SLAs.
- Experienced in managing both scheduled operational reporting and ad hoc reporting processes
- Ensures delivery of reports are on a timely basis (daily, weekly, monthly) to external and internal clients
- Manages offshore teams on delivery of automated reporting and issue management
- Ensures team can respond efficiently and expeditiously to customer requests for information and analytical support
- Assists in developing the Strategic Roadmap for BI and Advanced Analytics which includes leading the development of BI visualization tools including data ingestion, development, QC, data discovery efforts, and automation of reports.
- Provides extensive knowledge and expertise in the practices of BI Analytics and develops ways to automate and streamline manual reporting with BI Tools (Tableau, SSRS, SQL, Looker, VBA, etc), Enterprise Integration, Data Governance, and Data Warehousing/modeling. AI/ML is a plus
- Executes the roadmap and strategic vision for BI as agreed upon by the Executive of Revenue Operations and Sr Leader of Business Intelligence.
- Unearth insights from large and diverse sets of data to tell compelling stories through dashboards and visualizations in order to guide strategic decision-making.
- Establishes processes to meet the requirements of the strategic vision for BI including methodologies, practices, and Service Level Agreements.
- Creates synergy among the groups and with IT and any external BI Teams.
- Communicates and presents to RevOps and EOG leadership the capabilities, vision, direction, and strategy of Business Intelligence.
- Determines annual requirements for: Licensing, Training, Renewals, Maintenance, Staffing, and Projects.
- Presents leadership with current status of initiatives and progress.
- Aligns with Enterprise Architecture to ensure BI strategy and vision is consistent with the overall strategy and vision for IT.
- Ensures solutions provided perform, highly available, robust, efficient, and are effective.
- Develop and deliver management reporting materials, reports and presentations.
- Work with relational databases to build SQL queries and troubleshoot data problems.
- Synthesize analytics into easy-to-consume storylines, both visually and verbally, and provide indicated actions for executive audiences.
- Own and execute systems-related enhancements and technical project implementations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps.
- Build partnerships with other teams in order to scale analytical approaches and frameworks across similar efforts in the company
- Maintains continued enhancements and augmentations to existing BI tools and technology solutions.
- Publishes periodic updates on status of various initiatives to all Business team members and key stakeholders in other departments.
- Collaborates with Business leaders to administer appropriate trainings necessary to standardize technology usage.

- Makes decisions on administrative and operational matters and ensures the operation effectively achieves objectives
- Responsible for the timely delivery of his/her commitments.
- Establishes goals, objectives, and priorities. Drives the establishment of functional strategies and/or resolution of critical functional issues
- Brings organization to the team through proper roles and responsibilities and drives productivity
Supervision
- This is a leadership role with at least 6 onshore direct reports consisting of business intelligence analysts. Will also be managing our relationship with 2 offshore teams consisting of 17 resources.

Job Qualifications
- 10+ years of related work experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Data Governance, Data Architecture and working in operational reporting.
- 5+ years of related work experience with leading business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, DOMO, PowerBI, Oracle OBIE, Business Objects, Cognos, Spotfire, etc.
- 5+ years of related work experience with SQL, as well as as AI/ML is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of operations processes, KPIs, product delivery, and SLA reporting
- A proven leader with 5+ years of leadership experience who can drive a team and not be afraid to make critical business decisions
- Accustomed to fast paced environments with simultaneous high priority tasks
- A passion for understanding and learning new Business Intelligence methodologies and best practices

Annual Pay Range
115,300 - 165,000 USD
