Who You Are

As an Investments Chief Sales Officer, you are our strategist. You will help develop and execute a sales strategy for the company's investment products and services. You will help bring value to the organization by identifying and targeting new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Our managers have a genuine care for people and consistently strive to lead with integrity, caring, and excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage a management team, providing guidance and coaching to maximize performance
  • Collaborate with the investment management team to create and promote compelling investment products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the industry
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences in order to enhance Frost’s image and expand personal network of business contacts
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of experience in investment sales
  • Demonstrated Leadership experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
