The Global Sales team connects Bose with people who share our belief that sound is the most powerful force on earth. Through collaboration with external retail partners and internal strategic partners, Sales helps deliver Bose products to people who share in our passion for sound.
As a Commercial Ops Lead within the Sales team, you will be the conduit between Global Consumer Sales and the Go-to-Market team and drive regional programs and initiatives
What You'll Do
- Establish and own communication processes and tools to ensure Sales personnel are informed of key business and product decisions & rationale.
- Be the ‘bridge’ person between the Product, Marketing and Sales teams: ensuring Sales understands category performance expectations, vision (Product Portfolio plans) and activities
- Coordination of product intro/EOL/transitions – timing, pricing, displays, inventory challenges
- Management of internal communications – town halls, leadership meetings
- Support corporate continuous improvement projects
- Perform other duties deemed necessary to support Bose’s business operations

What You'll Need
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Product/Trade Marketing
- Experience working in cross functional teams and with senior leadership
- Experience in internal communications and launching products.
- Experience getting results without direct authority over resources and people
