What we need
Datassential is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations to assist with oversight and management of sales operations from lead creation to sales opportunity close. This is a 100% remote opportunity!

This position will report to Datassential’s VP of Finance and will play a significant role in the coordination of all sales related processes between Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance and Executive teams. Being highly visible, this position will have opportunities to influence sales operations processes and reporting, with the potential for many growth opportunities. What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating needed changes in the sales CRM system (Salesforce), as well as training and dashboard/report creation.
- Creating and owning the reporting for weekly/monthly/quarterly internal communications including sales results and sales funnel analysis.
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Executive leadership to reinforce consistent and transparent tracking of KPIs, including revamping any existing processes, as needed.
- Engaging with Executive leadership to influence the processes and outcomes of our sales Operations function, including accuracy of data within Salesforce, continuous process improvement.
- Managing the lead and sales funnel including setting and enforcing guide rails within Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience teams.
- Assisting in the implementation of a Deal Desk, and ongoing facilitation of Deal Desk with members of the Sales, Customer Experience, Finance and Executive teams.
What you bring
- High degree of familiarity with Salesforce, preferably as a Salesforce Administrator (3-5 years of experience working in Salesforce) or willingness to obtain certification (Company willing to pay for coursework and testing fees)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver coordination across multiple departments.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and strategy.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly numerical data
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related discipline
