WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will orchestrate the sales and growth strategy and execution for Dispatch. You will drive annual growth through new business and existing client generation through leading a top tier Sales Team. Key responsibilities include: the development of strategies and methods designed to achieve revenue acceleration and profitable growth; build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities, generated directly and through the effective use of partners, and the conversion of those opportunities into secure, permanent revenue streams.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT (should you choose us and we choose you!)
- Lead and create a vision for the Sales team by setting and clearly communicating objectives and holding the team accountable for sales performance
- Build and iterate the full sales cycle from strategy development, prospect creation and negotiation to deal closure
- Implement strategic initiatives to optimize Customer Success and Driver Supply, enabling us to seamlessly align with customer needs and market demand, thus fostering positive outcomes
- Effectively partner with senior leadership to execute the corporate strategic plan and develop growth strategy
- Drive appropriate market research to support business development initiatives
- Collaborate closely with our Engineering team to proactively explore innovative automation solutions, streamlining processes, and maximizing efficiency, thereby elevating the overall customer experience
- Develop strategic relationships with key clients who align to our growth objectives
- Support new revenue generation opportunities in the context of data monetization, value-based delivery initiatives, and strategic acquisitions
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to leverage every opportunity for brand building and recognition, supporting the company's growth objectives and aligning with the goals of Sales Leader
- Provide precise and comprehensive revenue forecasting, delivering detailed insights into the company's financial projections
- Leverage key data and metrics to include: net promoter score(NPS) and customer satisfaction, customer acquisition cost (CAC) and customer lifetime value (CLTV), average deal size, churn rate, etc
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM & DISPATCH
- 15+ years of sales/growth experience with 10+ years of experience in leading/managing teams
- Proven history of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales goals and a track record of growing revenue within a high-growth company
- Deep understanding of all stages of the customer lifecycle including acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral
- Superlative understanding of market trends and economic principles, with the ability to recognize trends and adjust strategies as necessary
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization
- Ability to leverage data to inform others and make business decisions
- Bachelor’s degree and or equivalent experience required
