Our client is a leading clean energy building developer. They are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to join their leadership team.
Job Function:
- Analyze revenue opportunities in the renewable energy field across multiple markets from start-up until close.
- Manage the entire revenue pipeline.
- Effectively and efficiently distribute resources among the revenue team.
- Define roles and responsibilities of business development team.
- Maintain a motivated and positive work culture.
- Balance a long-term, customer development outlook while driving revenue results.
- Identify, develop and execute sales procedure and instill throughout team.
- Work with leadership and the product teams to define customer needs.
- Lead the marketing team to help generate leads for the business development team.

Job Requirement:
- 10+ years of business development experience with complex, clean energy solutions in the commercial and industrial marketplace.
- Bachelor’s degree required; strong academic record and STEM degree preferred.
- Passion for the sustainable energy industry and for business development.
- Track record of attracting, developing, and retaining outstanding talent into a high-performance team that scales quickly.
- Proven experience in exponentially growing revenues across multiple product lines.
- Self-motivated and excited to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior work ethic and attention to detail.
