We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Operations Coordinator to join our vibrant growing team. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to connect and engage with members ensuring they remain satisfied with campus services while withholding the standards of Second Home.
Job Description:
The role is primarily administrative and member-facing, ensuring the member life-cycle is in line with Second Home standards. You will be working within the sales department alongside the operations and finance teams. You will be an instrumental part of the sales process and member experience providing a warm and hospitable environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Full administration of SalesForce which includes adding and removing members, platform buildout, reaching out to members for typeform corrections, processing changes or amendments to existing accounts, and data pulls
- Sending contracts via Docusign and SalesForce
- Create and distribute parking QR codes to members as needed
- Serve as the point of contact for member issues related to parking
- “Community Chats” - proactively engaging with members, gauging temperature as to overall Second Home experience and member satisfaction
- Serve as a point of contact for the Finance Team for SalesForce reconciliation
- Serve as a backup for on-site campus tours
- Serve as a backup for the front facing Site Coordinators
- Processes renewals for all memberships
- Serve as the lead and point of contact for new member onboarding
- Coordinates new studio move-ins in conjunction with the Operations team
- Welcome new studio members upon move-in and serve as their point of contact and liaison to operations during this period
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
- Build and manage reports for the Sales team
- Other duties as assigned by the Head of Sales
Capabilities:
● 2 -3 years of previous sales or guest service experience
● Experience working within SalesForce, or equivalent CRM
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to listen carefully to feedback and respond appropriately
● Ability to think strategically and analyze data to make informed decisions
