Reporting to Director of Sales Operations, this role focuses on process improvements that directly impact the efficiency and productivity of the business creating positive impact on the P&L. Responsibilities will include but aren't limited to, a focus on streamlining processes and integration of the sales ordering processes with internal back end systems. The success of this role will directly be related to the increase of productivity and efficiency while increasing revenues and decreasing costs for the division. This is an individual contributor role.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Map and Analyze current business processes by working with internal and external Customers as needed to gather and document Business Requirements, User Stories, propose solutions, evaluate feasibility, technology assessment, ROI and complexity for a wide variety of potential process and system solutions.
- Partner with core internal Technical teams (CRM, Service Delivery, Architect, Sales etc. )to design and implement sales operations solutions to address customer needs.
- Analyze sales processes and mechanisms for sub-optimal performance, with a focus on defect reduction and productivity. Communicate findings clearly and effectively and make recommendations for improvement.
- Identify root causes of problems and demonstrate the ability to develop and make recommendations for solutions to mitigate root cause.
- Create reports based on key financial and business objective data points and present the findings to executive management
- Implement recommendations with support and sponsorship of executive management.
- Help executives drive core Sales Operations processes – Territory Planning, Quota Development, Sales Performance Management, Sales Incentive programs and data issue resolution.
- Key decision maker and participate with key executives on important change and transformation needed for the companyto achieve goals.
- Improves P&L by reducing cost of operations and where possible, increase deal profitability.
- Attend conferences on IT related trends and other business process improvement solutions.
- Manage and handle revenue forecasts
- Transmit ideology amongst colleagues

Education, Experience & Skills
- 5+ years' relevant experience in a B2B organization with at least 3 years' experience in Sales or Sales Operations Role
- Technology savvy
- Business process re-engineering mindset
- Working knowledge and experience with CRM tools and related solutions
- Cross-functional Program Management experiences
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient Computer skills
- Excellent Listening Skills
