This position resides within Sales Support Europe FL and Global Marine and reports to the Manager Sales Support EGM (Europe Finished Lubricants and Global Marine).
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
A combination of Lead generation in Finished lubricants (FL) and a sales data analyst in Global marine (GM).
Lead generation in Finished Lubricants
A critical role to support the business in effectively providing leads that can evolve into sales opportunities in line with the key segment strategies and associated products. Work with Sales and Marketing within and outside the FL organization to identify potential lead campaigns in focus segments. There will be very close collaboration with sales to define the targets and build lead generation activities. Acts as the key liaison between sales and marketing to ensure activities are integrated. The role will need a high level of understanding of the sales and marketing clouds in Salesforce.com. This person will also be the gatekeeper of the qualification process of marketing and Sales leads. The selected candidate will need to demonstrate a high level of organizational capability together with strong discipline, commercial acumen, influencing skills and accountability to ensure sufficient leads are qualified into sales opportunities to fill the sales pipeline with enough materiality to hit the business plan objectives.
Sales data and Business Decision analyst in Global Marine
Ensure maintenance and accuracy of data in all relevant Global Marine business systems. Commercial acumen combined with solid data analytical skills is a requirement to drive business decisions.
Marine Data Management. Keep data clean allowing consolidated views by the business in SF.com Wave and PowerBI dashboard to measure progress and success and help driving business decisions. Global Marine data management will be managed by Sales Support and coordinated by the Sales Operational Specialist.
Accountable for the adherence of the sales process. Provide training and shares knowledge on the sales support processes, business data and reporting for both FL and GM. As a Subject Matter Expert and champion of the sales process, the Sales Operational Specialist aligns and inspires the organization to ensure the most is gained from the use of the Chevron platform (which includes CBP, SFDC, mPower, Texaco Brand Portal etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
At least 3 years’ work experience in sales operations, operations management and data analysis.
Demonstrated high analytical and problem-solving skills set.
Excellent Communication, Influencing and Collaborative skills.
CRM experience, SF.com CSR including Wave.
Experience in Microsoft Office Tools including PowerBI.
Relocation Options:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
