Job Description
As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will support and optimize processes, tools, and reporting to increase revenue, minimize costs, and ensure our go-to-market teams operate as efficiently as possible. In this role, you’ll help ensure data integrity and be responsible for data enrichment and hygiene. You will help to establish best practices in the company's revenue processes. You will report directly to our SVP of Revenue Operations and will work closely with business stakeholders across the organization.
Your Responsibilities

Build clear reports & dashboards in Salesforce, PowerBi, or other analytical visualization tools to support business decision making

Comfortable with performing data cleanup: past data cleanup, data review, data clean up, and maintenance

Conduct regular audits of data flowing into reporting tools to maintain data integrity

Document and maintain key Revenue Operations processes and monitor processes for improvement and adoption

Perform ad hoc analysis for various departments in the revenue cycle to guide business strategy and support decision making

Support Implementation team with reporting needs and develop Go Live Forecasting

Report on processes behind customer handoff points: Marketing, Sales, Implementation, Client Success, and Support

Maintain close coordination with Finance and Sales managers for revenue & financial reporting

Other responsibilities as defined by the SVP of Revenue Operations
Your Qualifications
-
1 to 2 years of work experience as a Revenue Operations Specialist, Sales Operations, Data Analyst, or similar role
-
Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBi, Excel
-
Knowledge of and experience with SQL is recommended

Attention to detail

Understanding of standard business practices related to Marketing & Sales Operations processes and systems (sales cycle, CRM, Marketing applications, lead generation, reporting, forecasting, territory management, compensation planning, and sales quotas)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively within cross-functional teams

Experience with GTM tools including Salesforce

Demonstrated financial and business acumen

Possess a high degree of professionalism and proven ability to work with confidential information
