Our client a global technology leader is currently looking for a CRO.
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and ambitious CRO to join the Executive Team.
You will be a highly motivated and dynamic leader, with a proven track record of success in a similar role working group wide to increase market share and essentially grow revenue year on year.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Working with the CEO to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the group
- Revenue generation and the end-to-end sales lifecycle
- Assist the CEO and sales team to develop and grow key customer relationships
- Creating and overseeing the right processes between teams in the sales function to ensure the right collaboration occurs, to ensure efficiency in the revenue generating function
- Be accountable for managing new sales opportunities and commercial partnerships
- Demonstrate leadership and management of the sales teams to help them in their success and career progression
- Implementing the right metrics and reporting across all stages of the sales lifecycle
- Managing and allocating a financial budget and industry initiatives to maximise team performance
- Be responsible for the success of lead generation activities
