Salary range: $47,000 - $56,000 (Placement within this range is dependent upon experience and location)
Revenue Operations is the strategic convergence around all the Catalyst revenue streams to successfully drive accountability, transparency, and insights on a global scale. Our goal is to unify and optimize the processes within our technology suite as well as provide support to the different departments from a revenue and technological perspective.
Catalyst is seeking a diligent professional to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team. This exciting opportunity involves reporting directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations and assisting in the management of the Salesforce Platform.
In this key position, you will be tasked with a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to, creating, and managing user accounts, maintaining our extensive sales databases, and providing training and support to our team on the efficient and effective use of Salesforce products.
- Responsible for enhancing and maintaining Rep and Director level reports and dashboards.
- Manage incoming requests from other departments to completion or escalate to Sr. Director
- Responsible for Salesforce data cleanliness which includes duplicate records and keeping new reporting initiatives organized.
- Work closely with Sr. Director to provide weekly and monthly updates to Leadership Team
- Thorough understanding of the full technology suite to suggest enhancements and provide coverage for other team members in their absence
- Maintain strong and communicative relationships with all Catalyst departments
- Assist and lead company-wide trainings for new processes
- Ensure training and process guides are kept up to date
- Work closely with the Product team to have Salesforce up to date with the most recent product releases and prices
- Work closely with Sr. Director and VP of Revenue Operations to provide Quarterly Forecasting updates to Senior Leadership Team
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years in business operations, business analytics, or a similar role
- 1+ year experience with Salesforce CRM
- Preferred proficiency in Salesforce.com workflows and integrating data from external sources
- Advanced in Excel
- Good project management skills: ability to juggle multiple deliverables and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to tell a compelling story through data/numbers.
- Strong attention for detail
