About The Role:
TTG is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to ensure that our overall sales operation runs efficiently. Reporting to the GM of US, you will manage our North American Sales Operations function and implement strategies that support the company's growth goals and objectives. The Director of Sales Operations is a high-performing, data-focused leader and an expert in administering impactful processes.
TTG offers an array of inspiring events, and our North American Partnerships teams are responsible for fostering successful relationships with the decision makers in the arts and live entertainment industries. With your ability to create and communicate business value through data, you will help the partnerships teams achieve their revenue goals and strategize ways to close key business opportunities.
Please note: This is a full time position and qualified candidates must be based in the New York City area, as this is a hybrid position (working both from home and in the office). Expected time in the office is 1 - 3 days a week.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that support the company's growth goals and objectives, in collaboration with TTG’s cross-functional teams and sales leadership.
- Identify the indicators of sales success, setting KPIs alongside leadership to deliver sales team expectations and performance, holding the sales team accountable for building the pipeline and executing at each phase of the sales cycle.
- Set pipeline goals for the Partnerships team and ensure that each member is proactively building their book of business and executing at each phase of the sales cycle
- Create and implement tools and processes (i.e., CRM) to deliver improved communication and client segmentation and build a contact strategy for our portfolio of existing partners
- Utilize BI tools and other processes to track results and share with TTG leadership
- Create and implement a deal model to help key stakeholders understand the economics of various deal structures
- Collaborate with our Product and Supply Ops team to ensure that partners have a seamless connectivity/onboarding experience and develop new products and services to meet their needs and increase the value of TTG in the marketplace
We're Looking for Someone With:
- At least 5 year’s experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing an impactful revenue/sales operations engine.
- The ability to create and communicate business value through data, and develop strong business cases and ROI models
- Strong operations and business planning background. You focus on measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and coming up with appropriate solutions
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to synthesize complex data and insights into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with sales and CRM tooling, along with the desire and ability to learn new systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective at delivering executive level presentations
- Background in matrixed organization, or in managing multiple product lines at the same time
$100,000 - $150,000 a year
Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually.
We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible. Qualified candidates and our Talent Acquisition team will discuss salary and benefits in the initial conversation, and final salary will be determined after candidates complete the interview process. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at TTG fall healthily throughout the range based on the above factors.
