Responsible for a full range of activities which improve the productivity and operational effectiveness of Clario’s finance and sales organizations. Primary responsibilities include sales forecasting & reporting, sales KPI metrics and analysis, Salesforce.com support, territory management, and overall support for the sales team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Help prepare and maintain the sales forecast.

Complete routine internal reporting on key sales metrics. This includes sales, win/loss and RFP metrics.

Prepare and provide supporting analysis on sales KPIs, while addressing strategic questions.

Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

Provides analysis of the data and drive action across the Company through timely, impactful deliverables.

Provide oversight of data quality and structure in sales systems.

Schedule and coordinate on-boarding activities for new sales team members.

Assist with territory management and the system maintenance of the sales team assigned to opportunities.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as an internal liaison for the Sales and Finance teams.

Interface with Sales Representatives, as well as Technical and Scientific resources related to Sales Operations matters

Prepare, review and modify Sales Operations processes and documentation, as required by company objectives.

Contribute to the development of processes and tools to improve the accuracy and quality of Sales Operations deliverables.

Oversee/maintain SalesForce.com including streamlining of processes and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills Needed:

Education Requirements: BA/BS preferred, or equivalent experience
-
3-5 years of sales operations experience, with a finance background desired

Strong analytical skills required

Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to coordinate and prioritize high work volume

Strong proficiency with SalesForce.com

Strong communication and organization skills

Ability to work on multiple projects at once, with attention to timeliness and detail

Ability to communicate well both verbally and in written form required

Must be a self-starter and able to function in a high-paced, dynamic environment

Experience working in a cross functional team environment
