As the Deal Desk and Tender Office Analyst you will be an integral member of the EMEA Pricing team, responsible for authorizing all EMEA pricing and tender requests, being the primary point of contact for all price related activities as well as coordinating business opportunities raised as tenders the incumbents will additionally be responsible for supporting analysis insight across the region, relating to all aspects of the Gross to Net price waterfall – ensuring strong evaluations, reviews and returns are consistent with Revenue Transformation controls and business needs.
The role is reporting directly to the EMEA Deal Desk and Tender Office Lead and is an individual contributor.

In This Role, You Will

Act as a key point of interaction with the business across Europe implementing the Revenue Analytics (RA)/ Revenue Growth Management (RGM) driven pricing strategy consistently whilst assessing pricing and tenders.

Act as first point of contact and challenge for pricing exceptions and reviews through operating the Deal Desk/Tender Office, building strong, balanced and open relationships with all departments (Supply Chain, Brand, Sales) to ensure a well-rounded decision.

Act as the exception process owner, managing and supporting the escalation process to senior leaders to VP and FD as required – capturing and sum-marising with clear recommendations the requests and contextual information for efficient reviews and decision making.
- Review and manage all Gross to Net investment decisions, ensure Pre and Post evaluations are completed rigorously whilst reviewing to always ensure strong ROI for KCP.

Guide, authorise and track investment on short term promotional activity.

Ensure approval adherence in line with the detailed pricing plans built within Revenue Growth Management (RGM), managing the exception process to link in with pricing strategy teams review and decisions.

Deliver education and support best practice on tenders – driving to best in class analysis tools and systems to maximise efficiency across KCP EMEA.

Participate in and/or manage proactive project efforts to identify actionable value creation programs that drive results for the business unit – track and report on results as delivered.

About You
You have CIMA or other Finance qualification and ideally have at least 3 years of experience in related roles. You have demonstrated the ability to effectively collaborate with a broad network of team members and are able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work effectively towards multiple deadlines, excellent manner and management skills are your strengths. You are a self-starter, with dedication, passion, and commitment to “make it happen’.
As you will communicate with colleagues within the EMEA region, fluent English is a must.
