YOU WILL…
- Establish end-to-end sales management mechanism, manage systematic sales project efficiently and symmetrically,
- Improve the efficiency of sales operation mechanism, and support the achievement of business goals
- Pre-sales digital operation construction for PV module sales business
- Develop, optimize and implement pre-sales processes and business rules for PV module business
- Monitor major sales project operations
- Empower and manage regions to ensure standardized operations
- Analyze sales data and behavior to help business units continuously improve pre-sales activity management
- Summarize process, rule, system and organization issues and promote solutions
YOU NEED…
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, economics, international trade etc.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in managing the full process of B2B sales, from opportunity management to contract closure
- Good understanding of the sales management business and able to work based on the company’s own situation
- Good understanding of large project bidding, review and decision-making mechanisms
- Experience in contract risk management
- Good written and verbal skills in English
- Self-driven, able to adapt to a dynamic organization
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, and the ability to solve practical problems quickly
