The role of the Sales Operations Assistant is primarily to look after the administrative overhead of the sub 10k margin sales opportunities particularly in the Meeting Room space. Their role will save considerable tine for the sales/presale/finance and operations team as well as the technical teams.
Our focus encompasses connection and collaboration, which is why we encourage a hybrid approach to work. This role can be performed as home-based with occasional travel into our London office (a few times a month).
Requirements
- Enabling Symity to receive accurate PO’s from the client and match these to corresponding quotes.
- Support procurement in order for them to order the correct items at the correct price to provide accurate information to clients.
- Liaising with different departments to ensure that opportunity quotes are accurate and up to date.
Skills and Competencies:
- Program Knowledge: Ability to modify text in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manipulate data in Excel
- Experience of administration support
- Interpersonal, communication and rapport building skills
- Self-managing and driven to do a good job
- Ability to deliver results to demanding and changing deadlines
- Time management and prioritisation
- Confidence and proactive
- Fastidious attention to detail and accurate approach to working with data

- GCSE (grade C or above or NVQ equivalent) in Maths and English

- Experience of working with client orders/ invoices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Meeting rooms
