Job Purpose
SHL is hiring a
Sales Operations Specialist to help in all operational and business support activities for America's regional business, with an emphasis on supporting the financial, professional services, and sales operations including RFPs.
Key Accountabilities
- For the financial operations, accountable for assisting with booking & revenues forecast, target settings/updates & incentives, costs management, budget, and financial data quality control.
- Maintain SFDC, and be a superuser for Sales, PS, and finance.
- For Sales Operations, drive activities & pipeline facilitation, order process aid with OAT, accounts/territory update & aid, dashboard design & maintenance, weekly booking update, sales metrics, FPS/MPS reports guidance, operational updates & enablement, process review & improvement, usage reporting design & improvement, sales data quality control.
- For PS Operations, WIP management, dashboard design & maintenance, weekly PS revenue update- to come, PS metrics, operational updates & enablement, process review & improvement, PS data quality control)
- Examine data from Salesforce and other sources to identify key trends, opportunities, and problems and communicate this effectively to the Head of Operations.
- To liaise directly with account holders to ensure that Salesforce entries are constantly up-to-date and accurate.
- To help in preparing data and presentations ahead of regular forecasting and business review calls with Global Leaders.
- Strong relationship building with AMs/BDMs, PS, HR, and CS Consultants and Managers.
- To ensure client-facing staff has the right level of business and operational guidance to be optimally effective in their roles.
- For RFP’s administrative duties in support of the documented RFP requests and the content management of the Loopio library. This includes data management, working with SMEs, and prioritization of tasks in order to assist with the creation and submission of RPF/RFI.
- To constantly look for ways in which to improve and update operational and business support processes in the corporate business.
- To become an expert on all operational matters.
- Ensure operational excellence is adopted and adhered to.
Knowledge/Skills/Professional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of finance/budgeting; sales forecasting and target setting
- A bachelor’s degree, in a business-related discipline
- Highly effective at examining and interpreting business data
- Fluent with Salesforce, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Tableau and Loopio experience is considered positive
- Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent in speaking and writing in English.
- Experience in prioritizing tasks required and working with target dates.
- Content/data set management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of SharePoint/Teams, able to learn the software with ease.
- Highly organized.
