About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be a strategic partner to our sales organization. In partnership with our VP of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for the operational strategy, driving best practices around our business processes, analytics, insights, and driving scaling initiatives to support a fast-growing company.
This role will provide you the opportunity to build something from scratch, and drive meaningful impact as a critical member of the GTM leadership team. As an important voice in the broader revenue operations ecosystem, you will engage in work that will be used at the highest levels of decision-making across the organization.
In This Role, You Will
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to solve problems, implement new reporting and planning solutions, create operational efficiencies, and deliver successfully against high organizational standards
- Drive analytical thought leadership around operational excellence. Design cohesive end-to-end strategy, aligned to company goals, to evolve the business from current state to its next PEAK.
- Manage and support forecasting, pipeline analysis, annual planning, territory development, commissions and quota setting
- Ensure strategy is properly defined, implemented, and executed by cross-functional operating teams globally
- Proactively set a cadence to provide visibility and deliver steady insights and actions to shape and grow the business.
- Know the business, the market and the competition. Constantly monitor the state to ensure effectiveness of Revenue strategy.
- Develop processes, workflows, and incentive programs to help motivate teams and boost business performance
- Work alongside the VP or Revenue Operations, and key stakeholders to contribute to the continuous improvement of the revenue operations process
Minimum Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Reporting and Analytics, data science & analytics in a SaaS company.
- Experience supporting global sales teams of 150+ across multiple segments for at least 4 years
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work with senior executives
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite products and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to work autonomously, initiate and complete projects with little guidance or oversight.
- Strong knowledge base for SFDC CRM as an administrator or analyst
- Experience with Snowflake strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Looker, or similar BI tool
What Can Help Your Application Stand Out
- Prior people management experience, preferably experience leading or working with distributed global teams
- Prior experience working in a private equity backed company
- Bachelor's degree in Consulting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with Snowflake strongly preferred
