As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our sales and revenue generation efforts across the organization. Your strategic guidance will shape the direction of our business development initiatives, pricing and revenue optimization strategies, and talent management within the sales and service team. You will provide direct leadership of executives managing Commercial Lending, Business Banking, Mortgage Banking, Retail Banking, Insurance, Benefits Consulting, Trust, and Wealth Management, enabling you to drive our organization's success.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and market expansion.

Lead and mentor a team of high-performing executives, providing guidance and support in achieving sales targets and fostering a customer-centric culture.

Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent within the sales and service team, providing coaching, and mentoring, and fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with senior leadership to establish pricing strategies, identify new business opportunities, and optimize revenue streams for the bank's products and services, considering market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive positioning.

Managing revenue operations to track, consume, and share information, and regularly analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Implementing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to manage customer interactions, enhance customer satisfaction, and build customer loyalty.

Improve business development, cross selling, and upselling of clients between business units through an integrated sales process, that takes advantage of account planning, opportunity mining, and lead generation.
Qualifications

Proven executive-level experience (minimum 10 years) within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on revenue generation, business development, and sales leadership.

Experience in two (2) sales leadership roles managing multiple levels of management and front-line salespeople for a minimum of 3 years each.

Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and achieving revenue targets over consecutive years.

Strategic mindset with the ability to formulate and execute innovative sales strategies and growth initiatives.

In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, including commercial lending, retail banking, mortgage banking, insurance, benefits consulting, and wealth management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
