We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help us further our foundation of excellence by reinforcing revenue strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, and best practices.
You will assist the GTM team to maximize revenue and efficiency through analytics, reporting, data streams and KPIs. You will be the partner of GTM Leaders in forecasting, territory planning management as well as their business review cadence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide insights into sales performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement sales forecasting methodologies to predict revenue outcomes accurately.
- Ensure the accuracy of the sales pipeline by enforcing consistent data hygiene and standardizing sales processes.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement.

- Analyze and monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Business Operations in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, sales metrics, and sales analytics.
- Hands-on experience of SFDC administration is a must
- Understanding of key SaaS Sales, Marketing, and CX concepts and how they work in practice (e.g. solution selling)
- Entrepreneurial self-starter who takes real ownership and delivers high-quality, ambitious work, always looking to improve further.
- Ability to forge strong relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to translate GTM needs and complex business problems into actionable requirements and project milestones.
