Description:
The position is a member of our Sales team, supporting their efforts as well as a focus on maintaining superb customer service. You will communicate externally and internally to manage customer expectations and will become an expert in utilizing our internal sales systems. You will be integral in our sales success and will partner with sales reps across territories to assist in the execution of sales plans that exceed targets.

Our office hours are: 7:30a-4:30p (M-Th); 7:30-2:30p (Fr)
Responsibilities

Process sales orders, confirm purchase orders and track purchase order logistics fulfillment, communicating proactively with customer throughout the process regarding status of their order, complex shipment and payment information.

Work internally and externally to effectively resolve customer order issues

Become a power user on the systems (Salesforce, Intuitive ERP, etc) used to process sales orders and report on sales, backlog, forecasts, uncontacted centers, expiring quotes, etc., train others on the use of the system, and maintenance of sales data within the system(s) and ensure data in the system(s) is accurate.

Assist with processing of sales quotation requests

Assist with sales reporting

Manage demo inventory and coordinate shipments for trade shows, chapter meetings, try & buy, beta testing, etc.

Process new sales leads from tradeshows, web inquiries, phone calls, etc. coordinating with appropriate rep for each territory.

Be the main administrator for annual maintenance opportunities ensuring contacts, emails, renewal prices, renewal dates, and renewal letters are kept up to date.

Participate in meetings as required

Provide assistance to other departments as requested

Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or similar) is preferred

2+ years’ experience in a similar or related role is preferred.

Experience with Microsoft 365 office tools, including Teams, Salesforce CRM and ERP systems; Excel skills for reporting and managing data highly preferred.
