Job Description
ISAAC’s sales team is in full expansion and looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator. This role is filled with excitement, new challenges, and the opportunity to learn and grow. As coordinator, you will support operational and sales activities to help drive efficiencies and compliance. You will also collaborate with internal departments to ensure the smooth running of sales projects, to support the sales cycle and operational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Research accounts within the CRM system, analyzing the information and making decisions to optimize and ensure data accuracy
- Manage the CRM System to ensure data consistency
- Manage inbound orders and inbound sales requests
- Support the sales team with requests for changes in the database
- Manage and maintain sales data in Salesforce, create and edit reports, manage dashboards and append data
- Identify areas of process improvement and drive optimization of sales procedures
- Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to measure sales team performances and KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations
- Monitor and update prospect and client accounts with pricing changes and discounts
- Work with our marketing team to manage lead demand generation and activities for upcoming shows and events
- Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales Operations Manager.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or sales operations/projects, administration and customer service
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce (CRM Software)
- Detail oriented with strong organizational, communication and execution skills
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage priorities, and work independently in a team environment
- Fluent in English and comfortable in French
- College degree in finance, business management or administration.
