Company: Our client offers a Vendor Management Solution for Banks and Credit Unions across the country. These solutions (vendor selection, contract review and negotiation, vendor compliance, and ongoing contract management) are the only completely outsourced solution that is helping Community Banks and Credit Unions review and negotiate fair contracts for core processing, digital banking, card processing, bill payment and more! We are looking to add a Chief Revenue Officer to the team to help take this small (40+ employees) company to the next level!!
Position: Chief Revenue Officer - The role will be focused on taking the vision of the founder and providing leadership for all activities focused on generating, maintaining and increasing revenue. While the initial goal will be to establish sales process and drive revenue through direct and existing client sales, the role will evolve into full P&L responsibility. This is an opportunity to take your years of experience and apply them in an environment that is ready to grow! We are looking for a great leader with a visionary management style.
Target Market: Community Banks and Credit Unions (150M-5B in assets) in the US
Location: Orlando, FL (this position will be based in the home office, it is not a remote position)
Travel: Occasional travel for conferences
Compensation: base+bonus+incentives+Benefits = great comp plan! Opportunity to earn equity
