About the role:
We're in search of a Revenue Operations Manager to bolster our growing Revenue Operations team. This role demands interaction with cross-functional regional GTM teams to amplify business endeavors in the EMEA & APAC region. You'll be responsible for implementing processes and analyzing performance metrics and KPIs.
Your role requires a data-driven, strategic, and collaborative approach, with the end goal of enabling us to meet our growth projections as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Foster alliances with regional GTM teams to facilitate continuous efficiency, process improvement, and growth
- Build strong partnerships across the organization and act as the liaison for field requirements and localization
- Oversee the daily activities of Revenue Operations (pipeline management, forecast meetings, ad-hoc reporting, etc.)
- Manage the reporting, tracking, and analysis of business funnel metrics, ensuring clear visibility of GTM activities
- Develop views, reports, and dashboards in a popular CRM tool to track and analyze performance metrics
- Guarantee a high level of data accuracy in regards to pipeline, bookings, product bookings, and pricing quotes (CPQ)
- Convey, instruct, and align business units on processes, policies, and tools
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in marketing, finance, business, engineering, or a related field of study
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations / Sales Operations / Business Operations or a similar role at a rapidly scaling organization
- Proficiency in a popular CRM tool; CPQ experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables under tight deadlines in a cross-functional environment
- Team player, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Positive and proactive with excellent communication and decision-making skills
