Manager of Sales Enablement & Revenue Operations

This San Francisco-based Fintech provides a Synthetic Fraud Identity Verification solution utilizing predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to provide world-class consumer experiences and currently services the top financial institutions, fintech, lenders, and multiple shared marketplaces.
Engage Search has been retained on looking for a Manager of Sales Enablement & Revenue Operations with strong sales, strategy, and relationship management experience who will lead and manage key areas of the company's Revenue function.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience leading and a proven track record as a Go-to-Market strategy/operations manager at a high-growth phase, fast-paced enterprise company. Also, experience in owning a GTM tech stack including Salesforce (Salesforce Admin and/or Advanced Admin certifications are a plus).
The company is consistently growing YoY and is highly reputable in the Fintech Arena. The position comes with a base salary in the region of $140,000 - $170,000, an equity package, and company benefits.
