The company is a specialist Underwriting Agency dedicated to the provision of specialist insurance solutions for the broker market. They bring together a team of specialist Underwriters and contemporary electronic delivery systems. The business is in considerable phase of growth and is looking for a Sales Operations & Marketing role based in the thriving Sydney CBD.
Your new role
As part of the Sales Operations & Marketing team, your primary purpose will be to execute and deliver the Company's marketing strategy while managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating the marketing activities across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the Company's social media profiles
- Collaborate internal stakeholders and with external clients to deliver digital media projects shareable content for their network
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automations, CRM)
- Create and maintain reporting on marketing and sales activities
- Work with the broader team to deliver marketing materials including reviewing and preparing marketing materials and documents ensuring alignment to Company branding guidelines
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in Marketing with a marketing or communications degree preferred.
- Underwriting, Broking or Insurance experience a plus.
- Experience as a digital creative; graphics design experience not required.
- Core fundamental of marketing required (adobe creative cloud and lnDesign)
- Ability to work in a team collaborative environment.
- Ability to be proactive to drive and deliver projects to deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure work is complete efficiently and effectively.
- High level of initiative and ability to think constructively and present improvements to the job
